The tenth Cardinals pitcher has gone on the DL in Adam Wainwright. Add in Rick Ankiel's absence over the past few weeks, that the NL Pitcher of the Month for May is going to miss atleast one start, and it is even more remarkable that the Cardinals are 11 games over .500 this late in the season. If TLR would have benched Izzy a little sooner, this team could be right there with the Cubs.
I said a few years ago that Cubs only hope for a World Series would be in 2008.....God I hope that does not happen. Cubs fans would become even more unbearable.

I do agree that it is amazing the Cardinals are doing so well but the Cardinals are not the only team that has had the injury bug. One game is only 1/162 anyway. We all know that Cardinal fans and Sox fans are just as defendant of their teams as we are. I have some rankings for you below.....

Most Knowledgeable about the Game: Cardinals
Have you seen their DL report this year? Unheard of. No team can come close to it. Cubs fans most committed? Thats crazy. Have the fans at the game just want the game to end so they can sway drunkenly along to that damn song.
